Refund Policy
Upgrades and renewals are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds will be issued for first purchases within the first 14 days.
By requesting a refund you are essentially cancelling your LandingDoc subscription, which may result in losing access to LandingDoc.
After canceling, some or all of your data may be unrecoverable. -
How do I cancel my subscription?
In your Admin panel you can choose to not renew your subscription and it will default to free at the end of the period.

My subscription is about to expire. How do I renew my subscription?
Normally subscriptions will renew automatically. If your subscription was cancelled, your subscription will expire at the end of the year and you will need to purchase a new subscription. After purchasing a new subscription you will receive an email with access details.

Taxes
The payment processor attempts to detect your region automatically. It is important to select your relevant region so that taxes will or will not apply. For example, in certain locations there are no added VAT and in others there is.

Counted Resources
Counted resources such as views, notifications, submissions, new leads, etc... allowed per month are reset at the noted date every month which appears in your admin console. If you upgrade or downgrade or pause, cancel or resume your subscription within that month the counters are not reset following these events and only reset as said at the specified date in your admin console of every month. If you cancelled and then recreated your subscription the counters will reset and the date may change according to the new subscription. Pausing subscriptions does not change the said date.

Email Notifications Counters
Email notifications are counted per send. E.g. if you have 4 users in your account which choose to receive notifications, they are counted as 4 sends.

Domains and Subdomains
Subdomains and Domains issued by us are owned by us and will always be owned by us. You are allowed to use them as long as you are subscribed to our services. They are not transferable.

Downgrading
On downgrades, some services will not be available such as some integrations, creation of links etc... which will have to be downsized either automatically or by you in relation to the quotas set by your respective plan.

Preventing File Downloads
As this is a marketing platform and not a security platform, we currently do not prevent downloads of files with passwords or identification but may offer in the future if there will be more requests for these features. But first and foremost this is a marketing platform and the aim is to acquire leads and analytics. Even though there are features to not show download buttons there are ways to acquire the file via the browser cache and other means.

Retention Policy
We may or may not hold your data as we see fit. Basically if this becomes too much, as determined by us, we must prune it. This platform is not meant as a storage device for leads data but a way to acquire leads and send them to your favorite newsletter, CRM or export to CSV files.

Exporting Data
Where export is provided, we may limit the export size for each download to protect the performance for other users. You may have to adjust the dates to download all of your data.

Reaching a Counted Limit
We will strive to send email notification before that happens but if it does happen, that would mean no new leads may be acquired or a PDF will not longer be able to be viewed, etc... please contact us if you need more resources then provided in the current plans.
